Pricing, Billing, and Warranty

 

-REGULAR RATE: $99.00 per hour for each Electrician

   (ONE HOUR MINUMUM PLUS MATERIALS)

 

-AFTER HOURS AND WEEKEND RATE: $150.00 per hour for each Electrican 

   (ONE HOUR MINUMUM PLUS MATERIALS)

 

-10% Military discount.

 

-SORRY WE DO NOT WARRANTY LIGHT BULBS.

-SORRY WE DO NOT WARRANTY UNDERGROUND WIRE REPAIRS.

-We offer a one year warranty on all work performed.

-All parts and materials are covered under the manufacturers warranty not Valley Electric Companys one year warranty. (The manufacturer warranty is only on new parts and materials that we provide for the job).  All used parts and materials or customer provided parts and materials  can be installed with a void of warranty from Valley Electric Company LLC.

After the job is complete we will send you a bill in the mail with a detailed invoice with the total hours worked on the job and a part list of all of the parts used on your job and the price of each individual part itemized so you can see exactly where your money is being spent.  If you ever have a billing question please feel free to give us a call.
